PADI Boat Diver Specialty

Who it’s for:
Ideal for certified divers who want to become confident and skilled in diving from boats of all types and sizes.

What you’ll learn:

• Boat diving procedures and etiquette
• Entry and exit techniques for different types of boats
• Boat terminology and safety protocols
• Stowing gear properly and avoiding hazards

Course Structure:
Two training dives conducted from a dive boat, covering all aspects of boat diving operations.

Location:
Off the coast of Miami or Key Largo on a charter dive boat.

Prerequisites:

• Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum age: 10 years

Includes:
Instructor, tanks, weights, boat charter, and gear rental.
