PADI Deep Diver Specialty

Who it’s for:

This course is for certified Advanced Open Water Divers who want to explore deeper dive sites up to 130 feet (40 meters) and expand their experience beyond 60 feet (18 meters).

What you’ll learn:

• How to plan and execute deep dives
• Managing air supply and narcosis at depth
• Equipment considerations for deep diving
• Controlled descents, ascents, and safety stops

Course Structure:

Includes one theory module and four open water dives over two days. Each dive gradually increases in depth to build skill and confidence under instructor supervision.

Location:

Training takes place in Miami or Key Largo, depending on sea conditions.

Course Duration:

2 Days

Prerequisites:

• PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum age: 15 years

Includes:

Instructor, tanks, and weights. Full gear rental available if needed.
