Who It's For
- Total beginners with no prior experience required

Course Structure
1. Knowledge Development
Study online at your own pace through PADI eLearning. Learn essential dive theory including pressure, buoyancy, equipment, and safety.
2. Confined Water Sessions (Pool or Lake)
Practice and master scuba skills in calm, shallow water. This is where you get comfortable with breathing underwater, clearing your mask, recovering your regulator, and managing buoyancy.
3. Open Water Dives (Ocean)
Complete four ocean dives over two days. These dives take place in Miami or Key Largo, depending on weather and conditions. You'll apply everything you've learned while exploring coral reefs and marine ecosystems with your instructor.
